Cognita Journal 23: CCW, A Day in the Life, and Rain

This week’s newsletter will be a little different than what I normally send. As I’m writing this, I’m somewhere over West Texas, headed to Las Vegas for a couple of days at CCW in Vegas. I’m not attending the conference per se, because the organizers want to charge me almost $5,000 for that privilege. In their eyes, I’m a vendor, not a practitioner.

Whatever.

I’ve been able to RSVP to a few off-site happy hours, and I’ll be meeting up with a few folks I know. Mostly I’ll be telling people about my new book, which is now available for purchase from my website, Amazon and Apple. (I’ll save you the full pitch, because you’ve probably seen it more than a few times already.)

I’ve got a bunch of fliers I’ve designed that I plan on leaving around in the hopes that someone will have enough interest to scan the barcode – an act that brings back memories of flyer-ing in advance of band gigs way back in the 90’s.
